To create muffins: reduce the amount of milk or dairy substitute in our waffle/pancake mix recipe by 1/3. Mix in 1/2 cup of berries or chopped nuts per single recipe, if desired. Divide evenly into lined muffin cups. Bake at 375 degrees until a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean. Yield about 1 dozen muffins per original 16 fl oz package size/2 cups waffle mix.
